CAD / cam

Computer Aided Design or CAD allow us at Myriad Automotive to create live prototypes for customers. Our engineers are experienced in using AutoCAD to help achieve your custom requirements.

Many of our machines are equipped with CAM or Computer Aided Manufacturer, to help assist in all operation of manufacturing, including planning, management, and mass production.

We specialise in supporting our customers with aftermarket manufacturer and new product development. Our engineers are able to design and produce components, tooling and fixtures. CAD / CAM plays an important part in today’s industry, being extensively used for applications for a range of our clients from Automotive, Aerospace industries to Land Architectural designs and furniture.

JIG / Fixtures

On a regular basis our engineers produce Jigs to allow us to produce interchangeable parts for exhaust components. Depending on the operation/ project at hand it is important to use Jigs or fixtures to construct an accurate premium aftermarket product. Systems can be manufactured efficiently with great levels of precision. Jigs and fixtures combined help recreate your OEM component, be it a DPF, Flexible section, uprated downpipe or a full exhaust build for optimum performance.

Fabrication

Over the years we have proudly offered continuous quality fabrication work for a huge range of clients. We believe that good fabrication consists of skilled craftsmanship and identification of customer needs. All work is overseen and quality reassured by our trained welders and fabricators in our Walsall workshop.
