Tube linishing Service
Myriad Automotive offers tube finishing services for solid or round tube, oval shaped tubing. We use a tube & pipe finishing machine with a working capacity: Ø10 – Ø102 mm and lengths up to 6m. This gives a high quality brushed finish on all tubing with a wide range of grit finish.
Chamfering Service
Chamfer & deburr inside/ outside and the face of the tube leaving a smooth clean lathe like finish. Our machines use pneumatic combined hydraulic systems with carbide cutters ensureing a professional finish every time.
Leaving the product presentable for end customer or suitable for welding / fabrication.

Swaging
Tubes are formed in a manner allowing possibilities to connect pipes together by welding or clamping. As well as linking two different diameter pipes. Ends of the tubes can be expanded to meet customer demands to sleeve over another in order to create a seal.
Reducing
Similar to swaging but the tube ends are reduced in diameter for the purpose of connecting tubes. Ideal for link pipes on motorcycles.
Flaring
This is suitable when just the end of a smaller tube is required to meet to the outer diameter of another product leaving a cone like flare.
Slotting
Hydraulic press machines with special hardened tooling to perfectly slot tube. The slotted ends will allow the tube to get a tight grip when clamped.
